Join Our Team as a Community Eye Care Liaison Specialist

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Eye Care Liaison Specialist. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with NHS community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Optometrists, GPs, and Hospitals to increase referrals into our services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Promote the benefits of our referral system to referrers and patients, ensuring excellent service and maximum retention.
  • Manage account relationships and provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective referrers.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinic manager and team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management within a clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of NHS policy landscape and multi-site clinical environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • CRM software proficiency.
  • Valid driving license (age 25+).
