The role involves overseeing different aspects of construction projects, including supervising crew members, preparing estimates, ensuring quality assurance and health and safety standards are met, and compiling reports for stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work on the design, construction, finance, and 25-year operation of the New Velindre Cancer Centre in North Cardiff.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the ProjectCo General Manager and Construction Director to deliver the project successfully. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with the trust, stakeholders, and local community, as well as collaborating with the design team, construction team, and hard FM team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including healthcare, buildings, and/or technical construction experience. You should be enthusiastic and able to work effectively in a small team environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
