Job Title: Supporting Educational Growth

Job Type: Full-time, term time only

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education of the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their KS1 & KS2 curriculum.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching styles to suit individual students, especially in 1:1 settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and specialists to provide holistic support.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
  • Provide emotional and behavioural support to students when required.

Salary: £83.50 - £90 per day (term time only), approximately £27,455 - £29,394 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, term time only (40 weeks per year)
