Join us at 1st Staff Limited as an Adaptive Tuition Specialist, where you will play a vital role in supporting learners with special educational needs. Our team is passionate about providing tailored tuition sessions that foster growth and confidence in students aged 4-25 years old.

About the Opportunity

This unique role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students, many of whom require additional support to overcome barriers in their learning journey. As an Adaptive Tuition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective tuition sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our learners.

You will have the flexibility to work in various settings, including schools, local communities, or at students' homes. The role requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week (split into 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week), with potential for additional hours depending on student demand.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong track record of working with SEN/SEMH learners. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to think creatively, and a genuine passion for helping others. A competitive salary of up to £25 per hour will be offered, along with comprehensive training and support.
