Job Overview

As a Canine Assistant, you will be an integral part of our kennel team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our dog facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting kennels to prevent the spread of disease
  • Providing daily exercise and socialization for our canine residents
  • Assisting with medical procedures and administering medication as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with animals, preferably in a kennel or shelter environment
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects (up to 25kg)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits including:
