Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Telford. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.

About This Role

This role involves ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. You will also maximize sales through physical and digital channels and support with the recruitment and development of volunteers.

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. The role can be physically demanding at times, but it's rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Supervisory experience
  • Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
  • Inclusive approach to developing teams
  • Possession of a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards
  • Results-driven but with a recognition of right results, right way

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
