As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering improved manager and employee interactions with the people team, making our colleagues' jobs easier.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing workflows hosted on people technology, including case management, employee portal, document management, HRIS, careers website, and intranet.
  • Managing change requirements for the People Shared Services team.
  • Taking ownership of the operations dashboard and managing the workstack for potential improvements.
  • Interacting with managers and employees in a personalized and timely way, ensuring a great experience.
  • Actively contributing towards the development and continuous improvement of People Shared Services delivery.

Requirements include:

  • People process design and implementation experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, case management, or other equivalent people systems.
  • Experience of people-related processes, policies, and procedures, ideally in an international environment.
  • Microsoft and Adobe savvy.
  • Operational HR experience is desirable, and robotics knowledge would be a bonus.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking, with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Aptitude to learn, curiosity to develop new skills, and confidence to find answers when you don't know something.
