The Role


As a Visual Experience Strategist, you will play a crucial role in promoting creative thinking, developing innovative ideas, and ensuring complex information is communicated effectively through compelling visuals. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional work from concept to completion, partner with the senior team to drive project success, and mentor junior team members to grow their skills and knowledge.


You are expected to:



  • Drive creative problem-solving and motivate others to come up with fresh ideas
  • Ensure high-quality visual content is delivered consistently
  • Take ownership of full project delivery, including conceptualization, development, design, and completion
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to build and manage a digital-first design team
  • Play an active role in new business, contributing to pitches and meeting with potential clients

You should have:



  • Significant experience in leading design teams and driving project success
  • A keen eye for design, staying current with industry trends and standards
  • Technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with skills in Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and independently
  • A self-starter mentality, always looking to learn and grow
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary


$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
