Supply Desk Limited, a renowned provider of educational support, is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join their team in Brighton. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Key Stage 1 and 2 students, enhancing their outcomes and promoting their academic growth. A thorough understanding of various SEN types, including ASD, ADHD, and ADD, is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored education programs to meet individual student needs
- Assessing and identifying student strengths and weaknesses, adapting teaching methods accordingly
- Developing and implementing effective behavior management strategies
- Fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is mandatory
- Detailed knowledge of SEN and its various subtypes
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
