Job Description: Special Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Special Needs Support Worker to join our team at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with special needs class teachers and the therapeutic support team manager to provide individualized support to children with complex needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include adapting the learning environment and delivery pace to address barriers to learning and promote engagement in education. You will also work closely with the class group as a whole to ensure maximum benefit from the teacher's curriculum delivery.

To be successful in this position, you will require a strong understanding of childcare legislation and a minimum of 1 year experience in residential child care or social care. A full driving license is also essential for this role.

Salary: £23,048 per annum (full-time)
