Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Searchability.

This is a mission critical role within a small business, offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in hardware and software fixes.

  • Troubleshooting product-specific problems in the sales room.
  • Providing first-line support for customers over the phone.

To succeed in this position, you will maintain and support the company's network, ensuring optimal performance.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a dynamic team to provide seamless solutions for customers with high-level purchases.
  • Key requirements include experience in a commercially focused IT support environment, proficiency in Windows PC and software systems, and a strong customer-facing manner.
