**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nutrition Specialist to join our team at NHFT. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting comprehensive dietetic assessments and providing individualized advice, treatment, and counselling to promote behavioural change in children and their families/carers.

The successful candidate will work closely with patients and carers to establish patient-centred care plans, collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, and evaluate patient progress to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**About the Role**
  • Conduct comprehensive dietetic assessments and provide individualized advice, treatment, and counselling to promote behavioural change in children and their families/carers.
  • Manage a complex caseload, working closely with patients and carers to establish patient-centred care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery.
  • Evaluate patient progress and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
