About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT support group as a Flood Risk Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in supporting teams with flood risk management.

As part of our team, you will provide technical support to the Flood and Water Management Team, ensuring that the Council meets its regulatory requirements in relation to flood risk. This includes responding to enquiries, particularly from those affected by flooding, and managing data essential to the effective delivery of this technical service.

What You'll Be Doing

The purpose of this post is to provide technical support to the Flood and Water Management Team, aiding the Council in meeting its regulatory requirements in relation to flood risk. You will be responsible for providing responses to enquiries, particularly from those affected by flooding, and managing data related to flood risk.
