NatWest Group is a leading financial services provider that's committed to protecting its customers and reputation from financial crime. We're seeking a dedicated Crime and Compliance Investigator to join our team.

About the Role

As a Crime and Compliance Investigator, you'll investigate and analyse issues related to financial crime risks. You'll work closely with colleagues across the bank to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • This is a critical role that requires strong analytical, investigative, and research skills.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work on complex cases and develop your skills in financial crime risk management.
  • We're looking for someone with experience in working within an intelligence team, specialised enhanced due diligence sector, or similar specialist function.
  • You'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret the needs of our internal business.

We're offering a competitive salary package of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Fluency in Arabic, Mandarin or Russian and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, particularly in terms of relationship management and networking.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and anti-bribery and corruption.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to deliver high-quality intelligence products and services.
