Job Role Overview

High Trees Community Development Trust is seeking a skilled Play Session Facilitator to deliver engaging play sessions at Tulse Hill Adventure Playground. As a self-employed individual, you will work alongside our dedicated Youth and Play team to provide a safe and exciting environment for local children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality play sessions, incorporating free play and staff-led activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Youth and Play team to achieve program goals.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in play work or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements

Shifts will be available throughout the year, with a minimum of two weeks' notice. The hourly rate of pay will be either £14 or £16, depending on experience.
