Job Overview
Able Personnel is currently seeking a skilled health and social care trainer to work with young adults. This role requires the ability to teach health and social care level 1 and 2 qualifications to students aged 16-19, with a focus on those with special education needs. We are looking for a dedicated individual with relevant qualifications such as PTLLS, CertED, or an NVQ Diploma/ Degree in health and social care.

About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a health and social care assessor/tutor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions to learners, providing one-to-one support and guidance, monitoring individualized learning programmes, developing and maintaining training programmes, and updating learner records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students aged 16-19.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to learners.
  • Monitor progress and achievement of learners.
  • Develop and implement effective training programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of GBP15,751 - GBP19,889 per annum, pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year, as well as free parking, 26 days holiday + stats pro rata, recognition day, and pension.
