Job Description:

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate - SEMH TA to join our team in Hammersmith. As a Psychology Graduate - SEMH TA, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between educational psychology and academic support for students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working 1:1 with pupils who require SEN assistance
  • Collaborating with therapists, teachers, and parents to create effective plans for pupil development
  • Underpinning class teacher's lesson plans
  • Updating parents on their child's progress
Salary and Benefits:

£110 - £120 per day

Requirements:
  • Possession of a Psychology or related degree at 2:1 level
  • Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
  • Passion for education and working with children
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
