About the School:

We're an outstanding all-through school catering to students aged 5 to 16 with SEMH needs. Our dedicated team of over 65 staff members provides a high-quality education, supported by state-of-the-art facilities, including an allotment for outdoor learning, a fitness studio, and a music production studio.

The Role:

As a graduate teaching assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and therapists to support students' academic progress, emotional well-being, and social development. You'll be instrumental in guiding students on their learning journeys and contributing positively to our school community.

What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • A passion for SEN and a genuine interest in working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Commitment and dedication to contributing positively to the school community.
Salary and Benefits:
