Psychology Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Barking & Dagenham.
Job Summary:
- Assisting children with mental health issues and providing additional support.
- Working closely with teachers to identify students who may be struggling mentally.
- Providing a comfortable and supportive environment for students.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements:
- A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK University.
- Prior experience working within SEN or SEMH settings.
- Confidence and keenness to help children from difficult backgrounds.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £90-£100 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
- The opportunity to work with an outstanding SEN team.
- A full-time, term-time only position with an immediate start.
