About the Role: We are seeking a Practice Lead for Safeguarding to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective running of our practice, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for safeguarding and child protection.
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure high professional practice standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of cases to ensure effective case planning and implementation of care plans.
- Chair case meetings and ensure care plans are in the best interests and safety of the child.

Salary and Benefits:
