Lead Child Safeguarding Specialist

As a Lead Child Safeguarding Specialist at Tripod Executive, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of children. This challenging yet rewarding position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide operational supervision to a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make informed decisions on children's cases referred to MASH, ensuring timely intervention to safeguard their safety.
- Provide professional leadership and line management to MASH staff, fostering high service standards and equal opportunities policies.
- Improve casework quality through audits, implementing learning from observations and audit activity into social work practice.
Salary and Benefits:
- The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- Additional benefits include 28 days' annual leave + bank holidays, relocation payment of £8,000, recruitment bonus of £4,000, and flexible working arrangements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in child safeguarding or social work.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
