About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Team Leader to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our domestic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Stock Management: Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
  • Key Holding: Be a responsible key holder and ensure the security of our premises.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
  • Rota Management: Produce weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
  • Team Development: Delegate where necessary and ensure the team are proactive at all times.
  • Compliance: Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
  • Teamwork: Team player and can-do attitude.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
