Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team at Baxi Heating UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality solutions to our customers and delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role:
  • Visiting customers' properties to carry out a variety of work, including diagnostics, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.
  • Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing your workload of daily appointments via a tablet device and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Managing your van stock by ensuring all old faulty parts and good stock for credit are returned, and new stock is placed in the rear load space of your van.
Requirements:
  • Holding domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
  • Full Driving License.
  • A background in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers.
