Job Title: Domestic Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team at Baxi Heating UK Limited. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic gas appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers with prearranged appointments to carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of domestic gas appliances.
  • Work from home, receiving daily appointments via a tablet device, and have your van stocked overnight by our couriers.
  • Collaborate with our scheduling team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic gas appliances and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
