About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances. As a key member of our field-based team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with a range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in a field-based capacity
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues efficiently
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity
  • Have up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on skill set and experience
