About the Role

Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join their team.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will work collaboratively with Pacifica's regional field service teams to deliver a first-class service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity and have up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

You will receive a comprehensive company induction into the Pacifica family and have access to specialized manufacturer training, appliance test equipment, and engineer PPE to ensure you have the tools and resources needed to excel in your role.

Pacifica offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus a £5,000 per annum high-cost living allowance for candidates residing within the GU postcode area. You will also be eligible for an uncapped bonus scheme, OTE of up to £50,000 per annum, and a range of additional benefits, including a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE.
