p>Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the GU postcode area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties.

### The Role:


#### Key Responsibilities:


* Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.

### Requirements:


#### Essential Skills and Experience:


* 3 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
* Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence

### The Package:


#### Competitive Salary and Benefits:


* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
* Salary: £38,000 per annum
* Price per job paid additionally on top of basic salary with excellent uncapped earning potential.
* 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday
* Call out 1 week in 4 paid.
* OTE £50,000 per annum
* 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
* Pension Scheme
