We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to access learning and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEND to enable them to access learning and participate in college activities.
  • Working collaboratively with the Additional Support Team to develop and implement individualized programs and assess student progress.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.

Requirements:

  • Experience of providing support to young people with SEND in an educational or care setting.
  • Good standard of general education (GCSE English and Maths).
