Level 2 Teaching Assistant Job Summary

An opportunity to make a real difference in the learning and progress of our pupils, working closely with the SENDCo and SEND team to provide tailored support and teaching assistance. Adapt teaching resources, think creatively, and provide one-to-one and group support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Will possess GCSE English & Maths Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent
  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEND and behavior needs would be beneficial
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Can be adaptable, take on board new ideas, and think creatively
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues
