Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in the lives of students with special needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking an Early Years Learning and Teaching Assistant to join their team in Milton Keynes.

In this role, you will provide support to pupils in various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community. You will empower and support pupils with a range of needs, such as PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism, promoting equality, diversity, and the rights of our pupils to be treated with respect and seen as learners.

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent after 12-16 weeks. The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000, based on 20 hours of work per week at £18-22 per hour.
