We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at Cornerstone, working with four amazing ladies who have profound and complex needs.
The role involves assisting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, finances, and housework. Our team plans lots of activities and outings to ensure the ladies live a valued life.
A full manual UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate. We recruit on values and transferable skills, so previous experience is not necessary.
