Job Title: Autism Practitioner Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and confident professional to support autistic adults in Fife. As an Autism Practitioner, you will work with individuals to develop personalised care plans and provide support across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement support plans tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or within social care is desirable.
  • A commitment to providing person-centred care and promoting autonomy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,088 - £24,526 per annum, pro rata.
  • Enhanced rate for weekend working and sleepovers.
