Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide high standards of initial assessment input to patients in the community.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Support Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in providing patient-centered care.
  • Develop and evaluate care plans, ensuring a smooth transition to community care.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the UK NHS.
  • Ability to drive and own vehicle.
