Hollywood Bowl Group is a leading provider of experiential family entertainment. With 74 centres across the UK and 13 centres in Canada, operating under the Hollywood Bowl, Putt & Play, and Splitsville brands, we're proud to be ambitious market leaders. We continue to expand our estate, looking for profitable opportunities to grow, with an average of three new sites opening each year.
About the Role:
As a General Manager at Putt & Play, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our business. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, motivating your team, and driving sales growth. If you have a proven track record of success in a similar role and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfactionManage and motivate a team of employees to achieve excellent customer service and high-quality resultsMonitor and control budgets, ensuring that costs are minimised and profits are maximisedCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and productsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvementAbout You:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a hands-on General Manager ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry. You should also have a passion for people, with evidence of coaching, developing, and progressing your team. Additionally, you should have evidence of managing and impacting multiple revenue streams, and a relentless approach to delivering the best operational standards in the industry.
