We are seeking a driven and professional Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Brook Street. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities and convert warm leads.
- Manage and enhance relationships with key sports accounts, healthcare brokers, and intermediaries.
- Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and win new business.
- Prepare quotations and renewal terms for key accounts.
- Support product and service development.
- Assist in delivering training to brokers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to increase Corporate Healthcare volume.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is comfortable conducting business discussions with prospects and brokers.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed and meet targets.
- Is willing to travel for client meetings.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Has a good understanding of FCA guidelines.
