About the Role

We are seeking a driven and professional Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Brook Street. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert warm leads.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with key sports accounts, healthcare brokers, and intermediaries.
  • Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and win new business.
  • Prepare quotations and renewal terms for key accounts.
  • Support product and service development.
  • Assist in delivering training to brokers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to increase Corporate Healthcare volume.
Ideal Candidate
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is comfortable conducting business discussions with prospects and brokers.
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed and meet targets.
  • Is willing to travel for client meetings.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team.
  • Has a good understanding of FCA guidelines.
