We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Taylor Rose MW. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal sector and be able to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with mortgage lenders.

Job Overview

This role involves relationship management, new lender acquisition, collaboration, client support, performance tracking, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing external relationships with mortgage lenders, developing trust, and adding value to partnerships.

This role offers a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with strong communication skills, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing mortgage lenders
  • New Lender Acquisition: Identify and on-board new mortgage lenders into our network
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance & risk, and legal teams
  • Client Support: Address lender enquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess the performance of lender relationships
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  • Reporting: Generate periodic reports for management review

  • Must have good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work amidst frequent interruptions whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
