Executive Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Brook Street.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and professional individual to drive business growth, manage key relationships, and represent the company with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities and convert warm leads into sales.
- Manage and enhance relationships with key sports accounts, healthcare brokers, and intermediaries to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and win new business, while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Prepare quotations and renewal terms for key accounts, aligning with industry standards and company policies.
- Support product and service development, contributing to the company's growth strategy.
- Assist in delivering training to brokers, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to increase Corporate Healthcare volume, driving business success.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable conducting business discussions with prospects and brokers, using effective negotiation techniques.
- Strong desire to succeed and meet targets, with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Effective team player, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of FCA guidelines, with experience in compliance and regulatory matters.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
