Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Fluid Branding. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment, preferably with knowledge of the credit control function. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks for colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming queries from colleagues and customers
- Communicate important information both internally and externally
- Assist the Credit Control Team Leader as required
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain existing account details
- Process credit applications and credit check
- Allocate customer receipts using Netsuite
- Ensure timely payment from customers
- Deal with ad-hoc queries from internal and external customers
- Assist with month-end processes as needed

- Knowledge and experience with Word and Excel
