Risk Management Role

The Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Risk Management Lead to join its Chief Controls Office. This role will be responsible for analyzing, investigating, and evaluating the control environment to support robust risk management in alignment with the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide key initiatives to improve the non-financial control environment.
  • Support robust risk management in alignment with the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • Robust understanding of the Risk and Control Management Framework with practical control management knowledge and experience.
  • Delivering prescribed outcomes by working with established control design, mapping, monitoring, and testing approaches.
  • Knowledge of tech-related risks, such as data, security, technology, resilience, and third-party risks.
  • Agile Methodology: Understand and role model ways of working to drive growth mindset, transformation, and end-to-end design thinking.
