Job Description

The Team

Vantiva's marketing team is dedicated to creating and implementing effective marketing and communication plans that drive business growth, boost brand recognition, and attract new customers. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our target audience.

The Role

  • Develop and execute global email marketing campaigns using Hubspot, including segmenting, testing, and automating whenever possible.
  • Craft compelling email subject lines, copies, and visuals that grab the attention of our audience and drive engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to test different email elements and analyze results to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain all Hubspot landing pages and forms.
  • Maintain a high-quality standard for the Hubspot database with regular cleaning and data integration between Hubspot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Produce regular campaign analysis using in-house customized marketing Power BI dashboards and provide recommendations for maximizing target audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B tech enterprises deploying and optimizing email campaigns with a strong understanding of key marketing concepts.
  • Hubspot Marketing Hub or equivalent proven working knowledge/certification required.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • Strong Excel expertise.
  • Visual design skills and experience with tools like Canva.
  • Analytical skills with a willingness to understand and apply data analytics in guiding email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships in a cross-functional global environment.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, strong team player with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
