This is an exciting opportunity to work with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young males with mental health needs and learning disability needs.
As a qualified, Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN & RNLD ) you will ensure patients within this high dependency, mental health hospital receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting patients with mental health needs, personality disorder, self-harm, autism, and learning disabilities.
- Providing high-quality care and promoting positive teamwork.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN or RNLD ).
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
- 6 months / 1 year experience in mental health, acute, learning disability, forensic, low-high secure, inpatient, NHS or private care settings, PICU.
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
