EMEA Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Retention Executive to join our EMEA team at Dow Jones International Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Client Engagement Specialists (CES) to nurture and retain professional business relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced client retention strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to design region-specific retention strategies tailored to EMEA markets.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, leveraging data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on retention metrics and churn risks, building a comprehensive risk radar to identify potential threats.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in client retention, customer success, or account management, preferably with an EMEA focus.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and CRM systems to drive informed strategies and measure success.
- Fluent in English, with additional EMEA language skills a plus.
- Able to make quick, data-backed decisions and proactively adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Familiarity with client engagement technology stacks, CRM systems (SFDC), and productivity tools such as Google Suite.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
