About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 4 Community Nurse Associate to join our Cambridge North City Nursing Service. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and interventions to patients in their own homes, working closely with the wider team to ensure patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes, as delegated by the district nursing sister/charge nurse.
- Support, educate, and advise formal and informal carers on nursing care.
- Work effectively within the Neighbourhood Team structure and liaise with members of the MDT and other agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely written records are kept, complying with Trust policy and NMC guidance.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Experience of in-patient services and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Basic level of dealing with service users with complex health needs.
