Your Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Success Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for direct engagement with our medical device clients. Your primary objective will be to identify, nurture, and deliver additional opportunities across their organizations, with the support of the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage defined customer accounts and projects, working in collaboration with both product and sales teams, against targets for growing the value of relationships and annual revenues with clients.
  • Grow within those accounts, working within a sales team to develop customer engagement and relationships, widening out FVR's impact within our customers' organizations.
  • Build customer confidence, ensuring best-in-class experiences, and opening up and maximizing opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with new and existing customers in person and virtually/remotely, demonstrating proficiency utilizing online tools and media, including video calls and presentations.
  • Demonstrate the technology, remotely (video calls, etc.) and face-to-face.
  • Help coordinate and structure written proposals, working with the wider business.

Requirements

  • Sales, project, or account management experience, ideally within the medical device, life sciences, or pharma industry.
  • Experienced working with customers and projects, building and managing relationships, evaluating and addressing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Proven communications skills, being able to communicate succinctly and effectively across varied communication mediums and platforms, both in person and remotely.
  • CRM experience, ideally with tools such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Agile.
  • Attention to detail, managing complex solutions, and being part of a wider virtual team for client projects.
  • Resilience, demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments, collaborating across business divisions, and managing various internal and external customer relationships.
  • Flexibility, prepared to travel internationally to customer meetings and events, including the USA and Europe.
  • Familiarity with the medical device or pharma industry and its needs.
