About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Regulation and Liaison Manager to play a critical role in ensuring ongoing compliance with emerging legislation and guidance. As the voice of Data Privacy at Nationwide, you will foster industry relationships, attend key forums, and proactively communicate with the Data Privacy team and wider stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on the strategic direction of Privacy at Nationwide
  • Represent the team at key forums, conferences, and industry events
  • Assess emerging risks and issues, and support internal decision making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience working within a Data Privacy function with a relevant qualification
  • Expertise in data protection legislation and its application
  • Proven track record assessing emerging risks and issues
