Onecom Limited is seeking a Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as strong Excel skills and the ability to work with multiple systems.

About the Role

The Financial Administrator will assist the ledger teams with daily administration tasks, including bank reconciliation, posting of bank receipts, and exporting bank statements. They will also be responsible for assisting with invoice uploads and creation of ad hoc manual invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bank reconciliation and end-of-month closure
  • Posting of bank receipts to the sales ledger and matching to customer invoices
  • Exporting bank statements
  • Assisting with invoice uploads and creation of ad hoc manual invoices
  • Maintaining accurate and correct information on customer accounts
