The main role of the Business Services Coordinator is primarily to carry out a fully administrative role in relation to the submission and processing of all new and replacement business.
Some of the tasks will include:
- the preparation of client meeting packs;
- manage and monitor business submissions;
- preparation of trust paperwork;
- maintain accurate business records;
- offer support to financial advisers and client executives;
- creation of suitability letters for drawdown review business;
- collate client pension and investment information;
- preparation and submission of withdrawals for existing investment and retirement accounts.
You will also build relationships with both internal and external parties, and be able to provide excellent customer service for all clients.
This is a busy role, so you must be pro-active, be great at organising your work and time, have a great ‘can-do’ attitude. You must be an excellent communicator and team player. We also embrace the use of technology; so, you must be willing to engage in new developments when they arise, along with having excellent IT knowledge in MS Office products. Training will be given in all our systems, all we ask for, is a positive attitude towards learning new things
