c, proactive and passionate Marketing Coordinator who is highly organised and a great team to player and is keen to join our growing team at our fabulous offices in Whiteley. *Role and Responsibilities:* To be passionate about marketing and communications with excellent attention to detail, delivering a high standard of marketing materials for operations. Giving back to UK Armed Forces is at the heart of everything we do, and your role will be vital in creating engaging marketing communications for a wide variety of products and promotions at our NAAFI locations around the world. You will work closely with the operations field teams and other internal departments to ensure all operational and customer communications are clear, accurate and delivered with adequate time for the operations team to use.
- Owning the marketing portal, managing queries and new uploads.
- Managing the operational marketing calendar in liaison with the F&B, Contracts and Buying Team.
- Sharing important calendar event with operations team to enable them to plan accordingly.
- Creating materials in support of operational events, e.g. allergen information, posters, social assets etc.
- Liaising with printers in UK and around world as required to deliver high quality and cost effective materials on a timely basis.
- Producing material, ordering décor for global events e.g. Euros, World Cup and ensuring materials are location relevant and dispatched with sufficient time to decorate for any event.
- Attending all and take an active role in all trade meetings.
- Producing digital screens and digital menus.
- Producing and amending all SELs.
- Producing printed menus, allergen signs, spec cards.
- Producing operational signs
- Maintaining version control on all materials produced.
- Creating a library of resources over time. *Requirements of the role of Marketing Coordinator:*
- At least 1 years’ experience in office administration
- At least 1 years’ experience in marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience of Microsoft Office
