**Up to £38,000 plus bonus & benefits**

**Your purpose**:
The Project Coordinator works with colleagues across the Technology function and with 3rd parties, following the Specsavers Technology Delivery Framework, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of the project and transition of the changes into live service.
**Your role**
- Support the entire project/programme lifecycle, creating and maintaining project documentation - including RAID logs, schedules and action plans
- Support the PM with Status Reporting to stakeholders - this may take many forms, for example a weekly status report, Exec Steering Group Packs, and bespoke progress updates
- Facilitate excellent communication across the project, working as a liaison between teams and with 3rd parties.
- Monitor tasks, milestones and resources weekly against the project schedule and the Specsavers governance framework
- Create and maintain forecasts, ensuring the budget is not exceeded - if it is, flag to project / programme manager and agree appropriate action
