Job Description

We are seeking an organized and dynamic HR professional to support the Group HR Business Partner in training and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Support recruitment efforts, including advertising and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on training and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Location: Banbury
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am-3:30pm)
